OilHealth®

This is an online monitoring sensor based on optical principles which precisely determines the lubricant oil degradation status, serving to ascertain its deterioration and contamination over the course of its useful life. This reduces the number of oil changes needed, with a positive impact on the environment and process sustainability.  The probe format design means it can be fitted directly to the lubrication system itself or the lubricant storage sump, without the need for any bypass. Any incident can be resolved in real time thanks to connectivity allowing straightforward integration with SCADA/PC/PLC or even CMS systems.
